Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is 100% free on every order, to every country. There are no minimum order requirements — just flat-out free shipping, always.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 8–10 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs processing, and courier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. You'll receive the tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we've got your back. We'll send you a full replacement at no cost — you don't pay a cent. Simply contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll take care of the rest.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before shipment. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
