Refund policy

At PopMortar (operated by Zakzak LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

30-Day Return Policy

 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

 

To start a return, simply email us at support@popmortar.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@popmortar.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a full replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the original item in most cases.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

 

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@popmortar.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original condition.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and sale or clearance items. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
